Candidate Sourcing, Screening and Selecting
We aim to source the very best candidates for your vacancies through
a combination of targeted web and print media advertising and personal
referral. We will screen all applicants carefully and only submit
those we consider to be suitable for your firm.
Detailed Candidate Profiles
We conduct comprehensive interviews with all candidates and will
provide a detailed candidate profile with every application. We
are committed to providing you with all the information you require
to make an informed recruitment decision.
Psychometric Assessment
We offer British Psychological Society approved ability and personality
psychometric testing services to our candidates and clients, carried
out by trained and qualified assessors.
We can provide psychometric reports on individual candidates and/or
for specific assignments and can also assist as an external resource
for in-house career development exercises.

Interview and Offer Management
We will provide practical and commercial advice on all aspects
of interview and offer management and will liaise closely with you
throughout the interview, offer, resignation and notice phases,
to ensure that you are kept fully informed as to progress.
Market & Salary Reports
In addition to producing regular market reports and salary surveys,
we will always be happy to answer any specific requests for information
and/or market intelligence.
Advertising Campaigns
We are experienced in running cost-effective, recruitment advertising
campaigns for our law firm clients and can obtain significantly
discounted media space in the specialist legal press. We work closely
with our partner web and advertising design agency and can offer
fully integrated and branded recruitment advertising solutions.
Search
On occasions, we may be able to assist with cost-effective, specific
and targeted search assignments directed at discrete markets (e.g.
London) where we do not have a defined client presence.
